Skyline Tycoon

Skyline Tycoon is comfort gaming. You lay out districts, manage traffic, and watch a little city breathe as it grows. It's not trying to be a hardcore management sim — it's a laid-back builder you can tinker with for ten minutes or an hour.

The traffic system is the most interesting bit; a badly placed intersection will genuinely gum up your whole grid, so there's real cause and effect to learn. Zoning and services are simpler but satisfying to optimize.

It leans casual, and some players will want more depth, but as a wind-down game on your phone it does the job well. We kept opening it just to nudge one more road.
